Julian then warns father Brennan. "Kelly is going into labor. Come quickly to the Charité Parisienne hospital. I need you to communicate with the nursing staff" he wrote to him in a message
"I'm coming!" The priest, who had learned to speak, replied almost immediately.
Kelly was immediately taken to the operating room, where she gave birth by Caesarean section.
"You have a beautiful baby boy. Congratulations! "said a nurse as she handed the baby to Julian, who was waiting outside.
Father Brennan intervened: "Mr. Peyton is deaf. He reads your lips but doesn't speak. You can ask him questions, I'll translate and pass on the answers.
"- What do you wish to call him?"
Julian handed the child to Father Brennan, thought for a moment and then slowly spelled out:
B.R.E.N.N.A.N. P.E.T.E.R. F.R.A.N.C.I.S.
Father emotionally passed the chosen names to the nurse, who noted them on the baby's birth bracelet.
Julian then asked: "How's Kelly?"
"- Mr. Peyton would like an update on his fiancée, Miss Kelly Smith.
- She's in recovery. Would you like to have some skin-to-skin time with little Brennan?
Father Brennan translated the question to Julian, who agreed. Before taking his son in his arms again, Julian said to the priest:
"-Go and see her. I'll take care of the baby."
