Mary-Annella was now six months old, and her mother had come to take her after her nap. Kelly didn't have time to take her little girl in her arms. She fell close to the bed and couldn't get up.
The babyphone alarm went off and Julian rushed into the room.
"My darling! What's happened?" he asked, kneeling down beside his wife
"- I tried to take the baby, but I fell. Don't try to get me up, contact the emergency services."
Julian exchanged a few messages with 114 and help soon arrived. He then wrote to Father Brennan: "Kelly has fallen . We're off to the emergency room. We'll need you to communicate."
"I'll be there as soon as I can" replied the priest.
